The Media Planner / Buyer are responsible for the smooth delivery of campaign media advertising for clients across a number of regions.  They are also responsible for developing and managing the output of media strategy plans based on research and campaign briefs as a service directly to our clients as well as client facing colleagues within the agency.

 

We’re looking for a team player that doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty in order to support team members.  We’re looking for someone who is as comfortable making a print media booking as they are booking a digital media programmatic campaign.  We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of research tools, knows how to use them and can develop integrated media plans.

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Previous media agency experience (integrated multi-platform) in similar or strategic role 3+years
  • Client service experience
  • The ability to develop a media plan based on a brief and research
  • Setting up and working with dashboard and optimising campaigns
  • Google guru with certification
  • Exceptional communication skills, presentation and written
  • The ability to manage internal stakeholders
  • An understanding of the media landscape in Australia
  • Exposure to media buying on digital platforms such as Google Display Network, programmatic networks and Facebook
  • Exposure to research tools such as Nielsen, Ad Relevance etc
  • An ability to provide support on new client growth and on boarding.
