We are looking for a passionate and talented Head of Media to shape our paid media offering. 

As Head of Media you will take our clients’ marketing objectives and turn them into paid media strategies that ensure maximum reach and exposure. You will set in place processes for efficient media implementation right the way through to ongoing optimisation and reporting. You will shape our suite of media solutions to ensure we have the right offerings for our clients. 



  • As Head of Media you will engage Account Service and other internal teams to develop media strategies
  • You will define media processes to ensure smooth delivery, optimisation and reporting
  • You will understand both traditional media channels and the complexities of digital media, and know when to apply the right one
  • You will manage a young media team and shape their skillset
  • You will define agency media solutions to ensure effective profitability from media activity
  • You will be able to work within a deadline driven environment, striving to deliver high standards whilst developing and maintaining strong relationships with your clients, team and external stakeholders.


Skills and experience:


  • You will have at least 7 years’ experience in a media role within an agency
  • The ability to understand modern media approaches and technology to gather insights
  • Highly skilled and comfortable with standard media solutions, such as Adwords
  • Ability to write media strategies and plans
  • Strong leadership and management skills to mentor, educate and inspire the team, whilst also getting your hands dirty
  • A team player who champions the agency point of view and products
  • An ability to see the bigger picture taking the agency to the next level and driving award winning work.
